Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Beta Starts This Month

The multiplayer beta for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will hit Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 later this month. From April 19th until May 3rd, up to twelve simultaneous players will be able to play as a Rifleman, Engineer or Scout in two different modes.

First, Conflict mode consists of a fifteen-minute round in which players battle to complete objectives spread out across the map. Each completed objective earns the team points, and the team with the most points wins. Saboteur mode, meanwhile, lasts only ten minutes and has players fighting to find a bomb in a centralized location. The first team to successfully retrieve the bomb and detonate it in the enemy's base wins.

Saboteur mode will become available on April 26th. Both modes will be playable on two different maps: Pipeline and Mill.

Xbox 360 owners who played Splinter Cell: Conviction will be able to access the Ghost Recon: Future Soldier beta directly through the game. Alternately, Xbox 360 owners who pre-order Ghost Recon: Future Soldier from GameStop will receive an Xbox 360 beta key as a bonus. PS3 beta keys, meanwhile, will be available to PlayStation Plus members.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will hit stores for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on May 22nd. A PC release will follow on June 12th.

Have you guys got your reservations? Trust me it is well worth it.
